Getting Started:

STEP 1: TRY IT: Come in for a free intro class held every Saturday and Sunday at 10:30am. These classes are designed to give an overview of what we do and how we do it! This is a great way to see if CrossFit is for you.

STEP 2: ON BOARDING: These three 1-hour sessions are designed to familiarize you with the movements we most frequently use and ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience. The On Boarding sessions are held by appointment only.

STEP 3: GROUP CLASSES: Our group classes combine everything you’ve learned in our On Boarding classes plus an infinite number of other exercises to bring out that athlete in you! You never know what you might get! These classes are intense, challenging, and a lot of fun!


CrossFit Pricing

Unlimited Classes: $175 per month
Three Classes Per Week: $155 per month
For experienced Athletes, Drop In Fee: $20 per class
Discounts:
10% Police, Fire, EMT, and Military
10% Students, Full-time College, and Graduate Students
10% Married couples (both)
No monthly contracts, simply pay as you go.
Sign Our Waiver Ahead of Time
If you're an experienced CrossFitter, just send us an e-mail letting us know which class you'd like to attend. If you don't get a chance to e-mail, no worries, just show up!

We ask that all drop-ins please show up 10-15 minutes prior to class to sign our waiver.
